Creating a vision for Belrose Super centre that resonates with the local community of Casual Luxe, beachside, natural elegance with fluid curves and beautiful materials.

The project included, creating a vision and an Ambience Upgrade of the whole Centre. Parts currently finished are the mall activation including placemaking, furniture design, art curation, art works to walls, kids play design and loads of beautiful planting. Our aim was to enhance the customer experience, increase dwell time and have places for people to sit while they contemplate their purchases.

Customer experience is our key driver and we believe that creating a space that is reflective of and resonates with the customer to make the experience of visiting the centre brings success to all stakeholders.
